This weekend, the DQB is represented by three teams at the European Quidditch Cup 2015 in Oxford. Here is an overview of the German games in the group phase on Saturday for all EQC visitors.

DQB21 try outs dated / Applications re-opened

The dates for the national team try outs are chosen: 02 May (Saturday) and 16 May (Saturday). Participation in at least one of those try outs is mandatory for all team applicants.
It is furthermore possible again to apply for the national team.

National coach appointed

After reviewing the applications and some extensive discussions with the applicants at the last DQB board meeting, the decision is made:
Tim Simmert is going to coach the German national team.

Here you can find information on the DQB, quidditch in Germany and the world, and how you can become involved yourself - as an official or with your own team.

The DQB website complements the online presence of the federation that was previously limited to Facebook and Twitter. Next to providing a variety of information on the sport, the federation and the German teams, the website is the main point of contact for any questions and enquiries to the DQB board. There is a lot to see, just have a look around!
